Q. Can you accompany me/us to the interview?
A. In principle, only the person in question may enter the facility, and no proxy is permitted to be present.
Q. Can I ask about whether I can obtain the visa?
A. The decision on whether or not to obtain the visa and the legal requirements are areas that can only be made by a U.S. attorney. Our office will provide administrative support.
Q. I'm worried about being able to speak English. Will that be okay?
