🗓 STEP 2
First Consultation (Online or Face-to-Face)
Consultations are by appointment only.
We will ask you in detail about your situation and wishes, and explain the necessary procedures, schedule, and estimated costs.
We will not force you into signing a contract, so please feel free to contact us first.

We offer face-to-face consultations (within Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefectures) or online consultations for those who live far away or find it difficult to meet in person.

Contract and Payment of Fees
If you are satisfied with the contents of the consultation, we will proceed to a formal contract.
After you have confirmed the service agreement, we will begin work after you have paid the fee.
Please note that the fee must be paid in advance.

Document Preparation and Creation
We will guide you through the necessary documents and assist you in collecting them, and prepare a complete set of documents required for your application.

Application Procedures (Submission on Your Behalf or Accompanying You)
